Regional Performing Arts Company (RPAC) is powered by people who believe in access to the arts, youth development, and building something meaningful in our community. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dedicated, creative, and community-minded individuals to join us in shaping what comes next.
Whether your strengths are in marketing, publicity, front-of-house operations, volunteer coordination, design, or leadership, there’s a place for you here. These roles are ideal for professionals, students, retirees, artists, educators, and community members who want to make a real impact through the performing arts.
Our team works collaboratively to support productions, educational programs, fundraising initiatives, and outreach across Northwest Indiana. Every role at RPAC contributes directly to creating high-quality experiences for our students, audiences, and families.

We currently have volunteer leadership and support roles open in areas such as publicity, front-of-house management, volunteer coordination, marketing, graphic design, website management, and board service.
